Assessment Process:

Table Interview & Trade Test as per international standards.

At EuroTec Blasting & Painting Academy, we conduct structured Table Interviews and Trade Tests designed to meet international industry standards followed across the Gulf region and Europe. These evaluations are a critical step in assessing a candidate’s technical knowledge, practical skills, safety awareness, and job readiness for global projects.
