We also provide on-site training at your facility. If you have a blasting & painting setup, our expert training team will visit your workshop and deliver hands-on, practical training tailored to your project requirements.

Trade Test, Assessment & Certification
we conduct a comprehensive evaluation process to ensure every candidate meets industry standards.
The assessment includes:
- Technical Knowledge Interview
- Practical Skill Test under real working conditions
Passing Criteria
Candidates are evaluated based on a minimum 70% score:
- A Grade: 80% – 100%
- B Grade: 70% – 79%
- C Grade: Below 70% (Not Qualified)
Only candidates who meet the required standards are awarded certification, ensuring they are skilled, competent, and job-ready for industry requirements.

Together, we provide end-to-end recruitment and international placement support with a highly experienced and professional team.
We request clients to share manpower requirements at least one month in advance for smooth Training and Ready to work on-site.
